I dunno why anyone would go to the trouble of shipping them somewhere for a credit that is only half the real value of the cats. To be even remotely close to a good deal the credit should at least be close to the market value of the cats because the vendor is making a profit on the sale as well. I had a (perhaps) similar scheme when my younger sisters were still new to the world of finance which involved trading their boring paper money for shiny silver coins, lasted about 2 days before I was indicted.
